The Heart of our Bakehouse
Meet the RM2020!
All our bread is baked in a RackMaster RM2020 Brick Oven. It is designed and built in the UK and can heat up to 572° F with thick stones for superior oven spring and a hearty crust. Sometimes we like to geek out about all the cool equipment we have.

Join us in Fort Wayne at the weekly YLNI Barr Street Farmer’s Market from May – October on Saturdays from 9 am – 1 pm. Come early for first dibs or pre-order online for pickup and we’ll set it aside for you!

We Partner with Food Rescue US - Fort Wayne
We are a proud parter with Food Rescue US – Fort Wayne. Although we plan carefully to avoid excess goods for each market day, we sometimes have leftovers that need a good home.
A note from Food Rescue US – FW
Food Rescue US has a goal of keeping food out of the landfill and into the hands of those in need. The food from YLNI Farmers Market goes to womens’ shelters like Charis House and Redemption House, veteran agencies like OneK9, homeless services like Misfits Ministries and Food Not Bombs, and continues to expand to more and more nonprofit agencies in our local community. Everyone has been so grateful and delighted with having fresh produce, baked goods, and flowers! These are items that are not often available which truly improve and brighten peoples’ lives.
